These terms govern reservations and orders made with SHOKUDO Izakaya via this website.
Reservations
A reservation is confirmed once you receive a confirmation. Please arrive on time; tables may be released after 15 minutes. For larger groups, special conditions may apply.
Cancellations
Please cancel or change your reservation as early as possible via the contact details on this site. For large parties and events, a cancellation policy may apply, which we will communicate when booking.
Prices
All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) and include statutory VAT. Menu and prices may change; the prices valid on the day of your visit apply.
Liability
SHOKUDO Izakaya is liable only for damage caused by intent or gross negligence, to the extent permitted by law.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is the registered seat of the business, where legally permissible.
